With Your Consent: You are always in control — we only share data when it’s necessary for features you activate.

Kubby partners with community-based locations (Spaces) to offer convenient local shopping, along with secure local hubs for secure package pickup. These Spaces and Hubs receive only the minimum data necessary to provide service. They are expected to follow Kubby’s privacy and conduct standards. Businesses can manage their profiles and participation at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

Kubby's services are not directed to or intended for use by children under the age 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take the steps to delete such information from our records.

8. International Use

By using Kubby outside of your country of residence, you acknowledge and expressly consent to the transfer and processing of your information in jurisdictions where our services operate, including the United States. Such jurisdictions may have different data protection rules than your country of residence.
