With Local Spaces: When you make purchases on their the stores marketplace or when they're fulfilling a customers online Kubby order, or engage with a Space, we share only what’s needed to complete your pickup of your good/services or facilitate your interaction.

With Service Providers: We work with trusted partners to help deliver functionality, support, and platform enhancements under strict confidentiality obligations.

With Your Consent: You are always in control — we only share data when it’s necessary for features you activate.

For Legal or Compliance Reasons: If required by law, or to protect Kubby and its users.

Third-party service providers: To support select features of our platform. In limited cases, designated content may be processed by such providers to help improve or maintain those services.

Kubby partners with online and local stores and/or (Spaces) to offer a mixed convenient shopping marketplace, along with secure order fulfillment with local spaces. These Spaces receive only the minimum data necessary to provide service. They are expected to follow Kubby’s privacy and conduct standards. Businesses can manage their profiles and participation at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy
Kubby is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.

8. International Use

By using Kubby outside of your country of residence, you agree to the transfer and processing of your information in jurisdictions where our services operate.
