What We Don’t Store
No Card Information Stored
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider. Kubby does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Secure Authorization (OAuth-Based Access)
When connecting third-party services such as email providers, Kubby uses OAuth or equivalent secure authorization methods. This ensures we do not access your login credentials and only retrieve the limited data you explicitly authorize (such as tracking numbers or order-related metadata).
No External Account Credentials Stored
When accessing third-party services or online store accounts, Kubby does not store your login credentials. Authentication is handled through secure, platform-supported methods.
Data Minimization
Kubby collects and stores only the information necessary to provide its services. This may include:

Encrypted authentication credentials

Support communications and chat history
Limited metadata from connected services (e.g., tracking details)
We do not store full email content or unnecessary personal data.
